I did not receive my order confirmation e-mail. What do I do now?
Kindly check in your spam or trash folder. If you don't find the email in spam or trash folder, do not hesitate to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email, confirming your order. Additionally, you can head over to Account page, click orders and see all your orders.
Can my order be modified after it has been placed?
Yes. Please send us an email, along with your 9 digit transaction id to email@example.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. However, we would appreciate if you could let us know the changes before your order has been shipped. Once the products have left our shipment centre, we'll not be able to modify your order.
When does Random Nest charge my credit card?
When you've added the items to cart, confirmed the products you wish to buy, the shipping address and the delivery option you wish to use; only then do we charge your card.
Do you ship internationally? And how much does it cost?
Yes, we do! Random Nest works with multiple delivery partners (USPS and UPS) to deliver teas within the US territory and Canada.
How long does it take for Random Nest to ship out the products?
Orders received before noon PST (Pacific Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.
I placed an order and received samples along with it. I never asked for those!
We know you didn't. But we think samples are a great way for you to discover many of our new teas without having to pay any extra money. This is our way to make sure they reach tea-lovers who’d appreciate them truly. We'd love to hear your feedback on our sample packs; which you can do by filling in a product review on the corresponding product's page.
Can I choose my samples next time?
No! Why ruin the surprise? Didn’t you enjoy being surprised? We have an internal mechanism to keep shuffling the samples, so that every time you order, you discover a different tea to love.
I love this idea of samples. Can I order just the samples?
Of course you can! We love tea lovers too. We provide sample size in our tea listings.
Cancellations & Returns Related
How do I cancel my order?
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. However, the order can always be cancelled before the order has been shipped from the randomnest.co website.
However, if you change your mind after placing the order and would like to return the ordered tea, we will accept it back within 10 days of you receiving the order, as long as you ship it back to us in the sealed unopened condition. In this scenario, please go to “My Orders” under your account and click refund, and submit the request for refund. We will start the refund process within 10 days of receiving the tea back from you in our shipment centre.
Art is shipped directly from the artist. If you are not satisfied with the art, please contact us and refund request will be considered on case to case basis.
How do you refund my money?
Back to source: In this case, the money will be debited back to your account. This typically takes about 5-7 working days.
What's your general cancellations policy?
Orders on Random Nest must be cancelled before the tea has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. Unfortunately, once the tea has been dispatched from there, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order.
I'm not too happy with the tea (or have received the wrong shipment). What do I do now?
We at Random Nest make it our priority to ensure that our customers get only the highest quality teas! However, if you think we've messed up somewhere with the quality or with quantity or contents of your order, all you need to do is reach out to our customer support by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be glad to help you out with the best possible solution, including refunding your money back. The acceptance of refunds is on the sole discretion of unbox llc (randomnest.co).
How do I return my order?
We pride ourselves for bringing to you the freshest tea there is, as tea is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. So Random Nest does not do returns.
Instead, please write to us at email@example.com. Or send us a chat message on our website; we promise to do whatever we can to remedy the issue. At the end of the day, your satisfaction is what matters to us.
Is it necessary to have an account to buy?
No. You can make the purchase using the Guest Account option also. All you need is a valid e-mail id, so that we can mail you, your order details. But we highly recommend that you create an account so that you'll be able to check out faster the next time, see our personalized recommendations and receive notifications from us about our deals and offers.
I can't remember my password. What do I do?
To recover your password, go to our “Forgot Password” Page and enter your email id. You will receive an email from us. Please just follow the procedure in the email and you will re-join us soon.
